I am so excited to invite you to join me for the Rest and Release Weekend retreat in the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside.
A weekend to slow down, take time for yourself and release what you no longer need, just like nature will be doing.
This weekend takes place on Samhain, an ancient festival marking the end of the harvest and the beginning of Winter.
It has long been believed that at Samhain the boundary between the living and the spiritual world thins, allowing us to connect more deeply to our spirituality and the spirit realm.
We will embrace the unique energy of this time of year to embody the quiet and dark; to take some deep rest; meditate; reflect; and open ourselves to personal regeneration. Connecting deeply to ourselves and taking a sacred pause.
I hope you can join me to enjoy a weekend of yoga, magic, ritual, and nourishment.

Feel lighter and re-energised
You’ll release what you no longer need and take time to rest deeply, allowing space and time to just be and to listen to what you need.
Give yourself permission to fully relax
For once you’ll be taken care of fully and held - no need to do anything. So you can put down some of your mental and emotional load and experience the joy of living in the present moment.
Experience a sense of peace
Rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit with nourishing practices in peaceful surroundings. Enabling you to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Slow down and be present
Find more balance, nourish your body with delicious food and gentle movement, restore your mind with deep rest. Learn new things about yourself and grow by stepping gently out of your comfort zone.
Deepen your connection
This is an opportunity to connect more deeply with nature, the season, the energies that support and guide you, with yourself and with other wonderful like minded souls.

The overall experience was super chilled and relaxing. A real chance to switch off and rest/reset body and mind
It fulfilled my expectations. I needed to rest my busy mind and tense body and the retreat really enabled me to do that.
My favourite thing was the opportunity to really rest - loved the Nidra and restorative.

Having been on several of Emma’s retreats, I keep returning because they truly work. I always arrive feeling fraught, with a busy mind and carrying a lot of emotional stress from daily life, and I leave feeling completely relaxed and ready to cope with the weeks ahead.
Each retreat brings a deep sense of connection and often a real lightbulb moment.
- Andrea
Every yoga retreat day I have attended has been well thought out, the right pace, with enough energy and relaxation.
Emma has looked at who is attending and enables everyone to partake at their level.
The vegan food is amazing and I’m a carnivore.
